Summary: The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Amy was especially outstanding… We had a late flight at nearly 10 PM, and she found a way to allow us late checkout at 4 PM without an extra charge. The free buffet breakfast was good each morning. A comfortable stay overall. My only complaint was the sofa bed. We had 3 people in the room, and the mattress on the sofa bed was so thin you could feel all of the springs beneath it. The only way to sleep on it was to place the sofa cushions on top.

Summary: I was there during a tornado and the staff made sure that we were all safe and they showed that they cared. They made us comfortable during the tornado. They cared about me and my families well being.

Summary: For business with my wife joining on a shopping trip. The outlets being super close was a benefit. The room was good, but the faucet leaked and a lot of noise from other rooms. I would totally stay again, it was great value and the staff was fantastic.
